These Terms govern your use of snaphosiery.com and any purchase you make from SNAP. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

YOUR ORDER
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send your shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing error on our part, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include Italian VAT (IVA) where applicable. Customers outside the EU may see prices excluding VAT at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
Under Italian law (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at hello@snaphosiery.com before the 14-day period expires. We will refund the full order value, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return — whichever is earlier. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. This applies to SNAP Tights and SNAP Kits once the hygiene seal has been broken. You will be clearly informed of this at the point of purchase. SNAP Pods may be returned in their original, unopened condition.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please see our full Refund Policy for details on how to initiate a return, timelines, and conditions. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Italian and EU law are not affected by anything in these Terms.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by destination and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruption, adverse weather, industrial action, or other events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including the SNAP name, logo, copy, photography, product design, and packaging — is the property of Jolly Leg SRL or its licensors and is protected by Italian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profit or loss of data, arising from your use of our site or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Italian or EU law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes between us and business customers, the courts of Florence, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence, as provided under EU Regulation 1215/2012. Nothing in these Terms affects that right.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify you by email where possible. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
