Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your SNAP. Here's how returns work.


SNAP PODS — 30-DAY RETURNS

SNAP Pods and SNAP Pod Charms can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@snaphosiery.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We will not provide a return label for change-of-mind returns.


SNAP & GO AND SNAP BACK — HYGIENE EXCEPTIONS

For hygiene reasons, SNAP & Go and SNAP Back are non-returnable and non-refundable once the packaging has been opened. This is standard practice for hosiery and intimates and is permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e), which excludes sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Email us at hello@snaphosiery.com with your order number and a photo showing the defect or damage. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. In this case, return shipping is free — we'll provide a prepaid label.


EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your eligible item and place a new order.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you're returning from outside the EU, please note that customs duties and import fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. You are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you're in the EU, you have a right to a 14-day cooling-off period for most purchases — this means you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unopened. For SNAP & Go and SNAP Back, the hygiene exemption applies once the seal is broken, as outlined above.
