WHAT WE COLLECT

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, delivery address, and payment information. Payment data is processed securely by our payment providers (including Shopify Payments) — we never see or store your full card details.

We do this using tools including Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel, where you have given your consent via our cookie banner.

If you sign up to our email list, we store your email address and any preferences you've shared with us.

DATA RETENTION

We keep order data for 7 years to meet our legal and tax obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We may also delete or anonymise marketing data for contacts who have been inactive for 2 years.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to protect your data in line with GDPR requirements.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
