2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. PRODUCTS
All products are physical goods. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.
5. ORDERS & CONTRACT
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected.
8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Discount codes and promotions are subject to individual terms, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time. Codes have no cash value.
9. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on snaphosiery.com — including images, text, logos, and design — is owned by SNAP and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence, Italy.
13. EU ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
